Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how GambitGrid uses cookies and similar technologies on our website: which ones we use, what they do, and how you can control them. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can help a site remember your preferences, keep you signed in, or measure how the site is used. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in comparable ways.
The cookies we use
We use two kinds. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site secure and working, and do not need consent. Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and we set these only with your consent. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data to ad networks.
How we measure our website
We measure our site with a mix of tools. Ahrefs Web Analytics and our own first-party GambitGrid Analytics are cookieless: they count visits and page views in aggregate without cookies. Google Analytics and Mixpanel give us deeper insight into how people use the site and our product, and they do set cookies. We use these to see which pages are useful and where to improve, not to profile you for advertising.
Your consent and choices
We only set analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel) with your consent. You can give, refuse, or later withdraw that consent, and refusing does not stop you from using the site: our cookieless analytics and strictly necessary cookies continue to work. Withdrawing consent stops future cookie-based analytics; it does not remove data already collected while consent was active.
Third-party services
Some cookies are set by third parties: Google Analytics and Mixpanel for analytics, and services like Calendly when you book a call. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site. Each third party processes data under its own privacy and cookie policy, and some are based outside the EEA (see the international transfers section of our Privacy Policy).
Managing cookies
Besides our own consent choice, you can manage, block, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, and you can browse our site normally with analytics cookies disabled. Blocking strictly necessary cookies from our security provider may affect how parts of the site work.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use cookies, we will update this page first, with the date of the latest update shown below.
