About GambitGrid

We make calculated moves, then build them into systems.

From Webfluentia to GambitGrid: the same team, a sharper focus. We engineer AI marketing and automation systems that move real numbers, and prove every move on live dashboards.

Our story

From agency to grid.

We started as Webfluentia, a digital agency that built what clients asked for. Over time, a pattern kept showing up: every client eventually wanted the same thing, a system that runs itself and proves it is working. So we stopped selling projects and started building grids. GambitGrid is the result: an agency that thinks like a chess player and engineers like a builder. Every move is calculated, every system is code, and every claim is visible on a dashboard you can open any time.

The founder

Christian de Gruijter

Christian has spent his career at the intersection of marketing and engineering. He has led growth teams, shipped production systems, and learned that the only metric that matters is the one you can see move in real time. At GambitGrid, he sets the board: which moves to make, in what order, and how to prove they worked before scaling them.

How we work

Three rules we do not break.

Honesty, even when it is uncomfortable.

If a move will not work, we say so before you spend money. If a system is underperforming, it shows up on the dashboard first, not in a quarterly review.

Code first, no shortcuts.

We build with real code, not no-code glue. The result is fast, owned by you, and free of per-seat lock-in. When you want to change it, any engineer can.
