SEO Analytics Dashboard

Tired of paying for bloated SEO tools, we built our own: a Next.js dashboard wired straight into our agents for real-time reporting, tracking, and client-ready insight.

SEO Analytics Dashboard

The board state

Off-the-shelf tools that never fit

Third-party SEO platforms are expensive, bloated with features we never used, and they rarely match how we actually work with clients. After years of paying for tools we had to work around, we decided to build exactly what we needed instead.

The move

A dashboard that speaks to our own agents

We built the dashboard in Next.js with Tremor for visualisation, running on Cloudflare Workers and connected directly to the Supabase database our six Agentic SEO agents (keyword, ranking, content, link, technical, schema) write to. Keyword rankings, content scores, readability, and technical audits all land in one place, contextualised per client rather than dumped as generic charts.

The tasks our agents generate (ranking alerts, cannibalisation issues, freshness warnings) surface right in the dashboard with status tracking, so the team can prioritise and act. Clients get their own login too; Supabase Auth and row-level security keep every workspace strictly to its own data. Weekly client reports generate themselves through SendGrid from the same single source of truth.

The result

Faster, cheaper, and built for how we work

The dashboard is now our central hub for SEO reporting, lead tracking, and client communication, from high-level overviews down to keyword-level detail, without paying a cent to third-party platforms. It is proof that when off-the-shelf doesn’t fit, building your own can be both cheaper and better.
